Our Preferred Preparation for Organic Whole Chicken
So many options here. You can cook The Butcher Shoppe’s organic chickens whole on the barbecue or stuffed in a roast, or break them down into individual pieces. We recommend rubbing your chicken down with butter before seasoning it with salt, pepper, and herbs. And don’t forget to make a nice chicken stock with the leftover bones and trimmings!
