Cross cut and thinly sliced — and to order — our Miami ribs pack a ton of flavour. We cut our ribs about a 1/4″ thick and ship them frozen to you in 1.5lb packages containing ten pieces each. These ribs are super easy to make, very difficult to mess up, and perfect for the grill—Korean style, traditional barbecue, or otherwise.

Our Preferred Preparation for Miami Ribs
We recommend that you defrost and marinade our Miami ribs for about twelve hours in a mustard-barbecue-style marinade before grilling.
