Sealand’s tuna blocks are precision cut from the centre of the tuna loin. They are cut from wild caught tuna, and have a firm texture and mild yet meaty flavour. This premium Saku tuna is boneless and skinless, with the bloodline removed. Each piece of tuna has been Individually Quick Frozen (iQF) after catch to preserve taste. With our right-sized iQF tuna, you only have to thaw out what you need.
